Personalities
All of our trainers and consultants are interesting people with highly developed social skills, charisma and personalities. Each individual has their own unique background, area of expertise, focal points and personal strengths. What we all have in common is a high standard for ourselves as well as for our individual performances in our relationship to our customers, whom we see as our partners.
Qualifications
All of our trainers and consultants have broadened their knowledge and their basic qualifications as consultants through special training programs (e.g. in Systemic Management Counseling). We consider constant professional development and on-going supervision as a matter of course.
Methods
All of our trainers and consultants dispose of an individual repertoire of appropriate methods, which they can apply depending on the topics and our customers' requests. Abraham Maslow once said: "If you only have a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail." We apply our various, differentiated tools in order to respond appropriately.
Experience
All of our trainers and consultants have well-founded practical experience in their areas of expertise. Thus, for example, a sales trainer has successfully worked as a salesperson in the field. Most trainers and consultants have several years of professional experience abroad and are therefore able to carry out measures in at least one foreign language.
