Conflict-Perspective-Analysis (KPA)®

A day-long training for all those who deal with other people, and therefore with conflicts, in their professional life. This could include consultants (bank, personnel, management, legal, tax), coaches, facilitators, mediators, lawyers, leaders, personnel managers, business owners, or a members of a works council.

What is KPA®?

The Conflict Perspective Analysis (KPA)®, developed by inmedio, is a consultancy tool for individual parties in a conflict.

It is an ideal method for reflection, analysis and the handling of conflicts. The process is easy to learn and highly versatile in application. The goal is to gain additional resources and perspectives, and thereby a more flexible, versatile and overall improved capacity to act and negotiate.

What are the benefits?

The ability to change perspective opens up new competencies, such as flexibility. It expands knowledge of the overall situation and strengthens negotiation skills, as well as creating new options for the constructive pursuit of one’s own interests during a specific conflict situation.

How do we do this?

  • First we introduce the model and possible application areas to you.
  • Then we demonstrate the model to the group with the help of a case study.
  • Afterwards we reflect on the procedural sequence of the model.
  • In the following step you have the opportunity to try the method actively with one of your own situations, and to develop concrete possible solutions – or you can learn "passively" through other people’s cases.
  • Finally we combine the group’s experiences and finalize the training with a theory-to-practice transfer.

Previous knowledge is not essential.

How, where and by whom does the training take place?

  • As an in-house concept – We will gladly work out an offer for you for an individual training concept of the Conflict Perspective Analysis ®. Please address your needs to us!
  • As an open enrollment one-day training which takes place twice a year in Frankfurt-Nordend
  • Your trainers will be Juliane Dietz and Vanessa Vetter. Both are mediators BM® and coaches with many years experience. Vanessa Vetter is also a lawyer and NLP educational trainer.
