In every team there are people with very different strengths and weaknesses as well as very different personalities. Ideally, the different professional, social and methodical skills combine and provide for mutual enrichment.
In order for teams to fully develop their performance, all team members need to have highly developed cooperation and communication skills. Through training, these skills can be enhanced. Team trainings can help in different phases: getting to know and understand each other, creating consolidation, and when there is confrontation or conflict in the team.
